The waning economy has taken all aspects of luxury living for a spin. It’s done a number of things, not the least of which is causing some people and businesses to fold and some to improvise. Exclusive Resorts represents the latter. The recession has noticeably impacted the level of membership growth (from an average of 800 in years past to 200 projected this year), leaving the destination club in a rough spot.
